Sharon Lovelock is minister for Portishead and Redcliffe Bay. This is her first ministerial role following some major life changes. She spent nine-years working as a youth worker before entering into ministry.
Sharon lives in Portishead with her husband, Rich, and their two children. She is busy getting to know her churches and the community. Her aim is “to be right with God, to catch His vision and to pray each day.” She has always been interested in life inside and outside the church, and so her vision is for hope to be expressed by the Christian community within the church and in the town.
Discipleship and Mission are key areas Sharon sees as being important: ''a right relationship with God means we can reach out to others in their need, with His love.''
